A conscious approach to movement, guided by intention.

At PILAB, we believe Pilates is a practice of self-connection — not performance. Our classes are intentionally designed to guide you back to your body with mindful control, breath, and precision. Whether you're building strength, finding stillness, or releasing tension, each session supports your nervous system, improves alignment, and restores balance from the inside out.

How our classes work

Duration
Each class lasts between 50 to 60 minutes, allowing space to arrive, move, and integrate.
Intensity
All classes are low to moderate intensity, suitable for all levels — no experience needed.
Location
Classes take place in our serene studio in Las Terrenas, surrounded by soft light, natural textures, and calming soundscapes.

Align

A class rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates. Slow, controlled movements that build awareness of what's being activated throughout the body.

Sculpt

A class designed to tone and strengthen the entire body. Movements are held for longer durations to build muscular endurance.

Jump

A class created to raise the heart rate using the jumpboard. Dynamic movements to boost cardio while toning the muscles.
