On a deeper level, it promotes blood circulation and overall body relaxation. Unlike ambient heat, infrared provides a more enveloping sensation. Movement becomes smoother and more mindful.

Rise

A class rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates. Sequences are built in layers: starting with a controlled base, then gradually adding variations to challenge endurance. Perfect for toning and strengthening the entire body.

React

A class designed to elevate the heart rate through dynamic movement sequences. Ideal for boosting metabolism, working up a sweat, and firming the entire body.

Reset

A class designed to reset the body, featuring gentle movements and deep stretches. Perfect for improving flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and letting out the stress.

How our classes work

Duration
Each class lasts between 50 to 60 minutes, allowing space to arrive, move, and integrate.
Intensity
All classes are low to moderate intensity, suitable for all levels — no experience needed.
Location
Classes take place in our serene studio in Las Terrenas, surrounded by soft light, natural textures, and calming soundscapes.
