PILAB offers a variety of Reformer classes. You will be guided through sequences of movements that improve your deep muscles, posture, stability, balance, and mobility.

Essence

A class rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates for all levels. Controlled movements that build confidence. Perfect for discovering the Reformer, strengthening the basics, toning, and improving stability.

Elevate

A class designed to tone and strengthen the entire body’s muscles. Ideal for building muscular endurance by sustaining movements for longer periods.

Energize

A class designed to elevate the heart rate using the jumpboard. Ideal for boosting cardio, improving coordination, and building power while toning the muscles.

How our classes work

Duration
Each class lasts between 50 to 60 minutes, allowing space to arrive, move, and integrate.
Intensity
All classes are low to moderate intensity, suitable for all levels — no experience needed.
Location
Classes take place in our serene studio in Las Terrenas, surrounded by soft light, natural textures, and calming soundscapes.
